Blog Post Assignment 6: Multiculturalism

This week we have started the unit on Multiculturalism. Students will read selections from China, Brazil, India, and the novel The Sorrow of War by the Vietnamese author Boa Ninh.

Students, for Blog Post Assignment 6 you will answer the discussion questions about the parent and child relationship in Chinese culture. You will find the discussion questions in the “Two Kinds” by Amy Tan packet. Your blog post is due Monday, October 17, 2016.

Oral Commentary

Students did an amazing job with their oral commentaries on Wild! All students did an excellent job in critically analyzing the text, engaging in effective classroom discussions, and presenting a thorough commentary.
